An Extensive Re-fit was started by the previous/original owner in 2019 with New Volvo 40HP Engines (replaced by Volvo under an emissions recall). New Kevlar shrouds were installed, some paint work was complete and new batteries were installed in 2021. Starting in late 2021, the current owner greatly enhanced the yacht with the purpose of modernizing the proven configuration by replacing any worn equipment with the benefit of newer technologies and functions. The result is a fresh and sporty feeling yacht, with a little more sophisticated and gentle set of demands on the crew.

The New Jib and Forestay are now roller furling, and the starboard cockpit winch was motorized to make furling the jib a push button affair. The main halyard was re-rigged to include a Karver Gaff Lock that provides the release of the head of the New Square-topped Mainsail, allowing the head, halyard, and top panel of the main, to be released from the mast track and secured down at the stack-pac, without having to climb the mast steps.

A New 125-volt Electrical system, from Smart Shore Cord to Mastervolt Inverter/Charger to a network of outlets with GFI protection and USB A&C connections, was installed to provide 60Hz shore power (the Americas) compatibility. Lilly is now a "Dual-Voltage" yacht with shore power compatibility around the world.
